1. Buda side hills: Citadella

Located upon the top of Gellért Hill, Citadella is a fortress built in 1848/49 by the Austrians. This monument is a symbol of the city, and also really impressive

2. Buda side hills: Fisherman’s bastion

3. Pic-nic on Margaret Island (Margitsziget)

Need fresh air? Morning exercise? You must go to Margaret Island

This green island provides a peaceful hideaway. It includes swimming pools, playgrounds, a water tower, open air theaters and cinema, romantic walkways…

Easily accessible with the 4-6 trams, go there and enjoy nature!


4. Night walk by the Danube

The Danube and its stunning building on each side offers a wonderful show for you eyes, especially the Parliament!
